Jacqueline (Jackie) Francis, BS, MPA, President & OwnerFHFMA, Life FACHE, CHFP, MT, (ASCP)
Jackie and her team members, each, have more than 20 years of experience as a hospital executives in the areas of revenue cycle management. This includes, but is not limited to, Patient Access, CBO, PFS, CDM, Coding, Audit, IT, and Charge Capture. We have assembled a team of experienced subject matter experts with a proven track record of success and deliverables. Jackie has been instrumental in leading her company; as well as specific revenue cycle engagements. Experience includes centralization of finance departments due to merger, Interim roles such as VP Revenue Cycle for large CBO and a wide variety of hospitals/health systems. Our group has served a wide National client base, as well as National revenue cycle turnaround companies. Our group has provided support for the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, the Hospital University of Pennsylvania, St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Centers of New York, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Boston Medical Center, UMass, as well as many others. Jackie holds Undergraduate and graduate (BS and MPA) degrees at The Pennsylania State University. Highest levels of certifications with HFMA and ACHE. Medical Technologist registered with the American Society of Clinical Pathlogists (MT, ASCP).
